Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar states that if there is to be a powerful country, then it must practic democracy, the rule of law and principles of natural justice, besides a strong secular Constitution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In such a country all these ingredients must be practiced as a faith.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But no country can be powerful if it commits extra judicial murders of its own populace. That country should not commit assassinations of Sikhs abroad like the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Sukhdool Singh of Canada, Avtar Singh Khanda in the UK, Parmjit Singh Panjwar in Islamic Pakistan and internally of Deep Singh Sidhu in Haryana and Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala in the Punjab.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Such a country must not rule with a barbaric law such as AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) in Kashmir where there has been no legislature or democracy since August 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sikhs and Muslims, minorities, Schedule Castes and Tribals should not be denied their respective religious freedom.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But when the Hindu state was founded in 1947, these essential qualities have not been kept.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Supreme Court has not annulled the beastly law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) which gives power to the security forces to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Hindu state the National Human Rights Commission is just an ornament as it refuses to intervene in cases of the breach and preservation of Human Rights.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amnesty International has also been expelled by the Hindu Indian state. We think Mr. Ajit Doval the National Security Advisor well have to go back to the text books and learn how a powerful country can exist and function. Might is not right.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
