Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that now the cat is out of the bag. It is final that the Hindu Indian state has been violating the law and International Law and indulging itself in extra judicial killings and assassinations of Sikhs here in this country and abroad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When there is no witness or circumstantial evidence, it is naturally when doing to death someone is both illegal and a Nazi like act.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) has been stating over a long period of time that the Hindu Indian state commits extra judicial murders of Sikhs and Muslims in Kashmir. In the North-East it also commits extra judicial killings of the Tribal people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This news confirms that the Hindu Indian state has been committing such beastly, illegal assassinations of Sikhs. Prime Minister Justine Trudeau of Canada confirmed this when on the floor of the House, in Ottawa, he stated that Hindu India\u2019s secret agencies had assassinated a Sikh Canadian citizen Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Surrey, British Colombia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besides this, two other Sikhs Ripudaman Singh Malik was assassinated in Surrey and Sukhdool Singh in Winnipeg of Canada. Parmjit Singh Panjwar was assassinated in Islamic Pakistan and Avtar Singh Khanda in UK. Within the Hindu Indian state Deep Singh Sidhu was assassinated in Haryana and Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala in the Punjab.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite these assassinations and issuance by the USA, its Justice Department and FBI had issued an advisory (please see page 90 & 91 ante). Now a threat of assassinating Gurpatwant Singh Pannu in the USA has arisen (see The Tribune report printed here). Our party cautions the Hindu Indian state that if any further assassinations of Sikhs are carried out, the USA would reduced the Hindu Indian state back to the Stone Age.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Such assassinations here and abroad are carried out by the Cabinet Secretariat, The National Security Advisor, R&AW (Research and Analysis Wing), Intelligence Bureau and Military Intelligence. These are not responsible or accountable to the Parliament and their secret service funds are not audited by the CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General of India).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, the Hindu Indian state does not practice democracy, the rule of law and principles of natural justice, as a result it is like any Banana republic, authoritarian, fascist and Nazi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All these factors indicate to what we have defined the Hindu Indian state to be, as it has also expelled Amnesty International for this country (see page 29 ante).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besides these assassinations of Sikhs here and abroad, the Hindu Indian state, its National Investigation Agency (NIA) is raiding the homes of Sikhs in the Punjab and Haryana on the suspicion that Sikhs are involved in the peaceful protest of the Hindu Indian Consulate in San Francisco in the USA.
