Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the large scale killings of Muslims must immediately stop. The Supreme Court must takes steps to identify the policies which are leading to ethnic cleansing of Muslims in Haryana, bulldozing of Muslim houses, killings of Muslim imams, pulling down mosques, killing of Muslims while in police custody, burning of Muslims by Cow Vigilantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Killings of Muslims in Jammu & Kashmir under the barbaric law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) under which the security forces have the right to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Burning of Christian Churches in Manipur and parading their women without clothes and targeted killings of young Sikh leaders like Deep Singh Sidhu in Haryana, Subhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala in Punjab, Ripudaman Singh Malik in Canada, Parmjit Singh Panjwar in Islamic Pakistan, Avtar Singh Khanda in UK and Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They must in immediately and Western democracies and the United Nations must intervene.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Human Rights Commission and the Minority Commission in Delhi must activat themselves from their long slumber.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is disgraceful that the BJP-RSS Union Government is not activating itself to stop this wide scale terror against the minorities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

National Security Advisor Mr Ajit Doval wants Khalistani\u2019s to be extradited from abroad. In response to this call UK’s Minister for Security Mr. Tom Tugendhat has said that his government will spend \u00a395,000 pounds. How can Khalistani\u2019s be identified as all Sikhs are sui genius sovereign people?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Monson Session of Parliament the Speaker of the Parliament Mr. Om Parkash Birla has had all Bills passed without a debate and the Supreme Court must tell us whether these Bills have Constitutional approval? Unless this is done the Hindu Indian state is heading for chaos and anarchy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
