Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that we don\u2019t think that UK should get itself involved in peaceful movements of the Sikhs who are working peacefully and democratically for a bona-fide Sikh sovereign state, which the British did not create in 1947, but then they gave birth to Hindu India and Islamic Pakistan, whereby Sikhs in Pakistan and Hindu India have become stateless second class citizens.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To create funds against Khalistani\u2019s by Britain would lead to more suffering and humiliation to the Sikhs as has been stated by the British Security Minister Mr. Tom Tugendhat, who will create a fund amounting to 95,000 British Pounds to learn more about the Sikh\u2019s in Britain. The British rule over the Sikh\u2019s began in 1849 and ended in 1947. If in a period of 98 years of British rule they have learnt nothing then what will they learn after spending 95,000 pounds? This will only annoy their British Sikh citizens.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Security Advisor of the Hindu Indian state Mr. Ajit Doval has advised Britain that it should deport Khalistani\u2019s to the Hindu Indian state. Britain is a democratic state whose Government is run on the Principles of Natural Justice and the rule of Law. Therefore this is an impossible request to the British Government. It is also na\u00efve.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Security Advisor Mr. Ajit Doval has become an extra constitutional authority who is not accountable or responsible to Parliament and his vast secret funds are not audited. Certainly such a authority created by THIS(Theocratic Hindu Indian state) which is not responsible or accountable is like what Prime Minister Baldwin said quoting Kipling that exercising authority without responsibility is like the prerogative of the harlot through the ages.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We hope Britain will not fall into the trap of the wily Hindu Indian state which is in the process of eliminating the minorities. It should not take orders or suggestions from an extra constitutional authority such as Mr. Ajit Doval, the National Security Advisor. He is not responsible and accountable to Parliament as is the practice in a democratic Parliamentary Governments.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fact is an incident took place in London where the Sikh\u2019s made a peaceful protest before the Hindu Indian High Commission. Therefore if any action is called for then the Hindu Indian state should deal with the British state. But on Mr. Dovals orders the Hindu India\u2019s National Investigating Agency raided the houses of Sikh\u2019s in the Punjab and Haryana on 01st August 2023. That day the Punjab Police also visited my village home to inquire whether my home and house had also been raided. The Secretary of my office told the Punjab Police that no NIA had raided my house.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can the Hindu Indian state blame us Sikh\u2019s living here in the Punjab and Haryana for what happened in London. This is the sort of witch hunt that has become normal against us Sikh\u2019s in this country and all ordered by Mr. Ajit Doval who has no constitutional authority.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The British and Canadian Governments have also been told by the BJP-RSS Union Government to protect its diplomats in these two countries. What is the need for this protection when the Sikh\u2019s have not done anything wrong?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the wrong has already been done by the Intelligence Agencies of THIS(Theocratic Hindu Indian state) as like Israel\u2019s Mossad and Russia\u2019s SVR it has indulged itself in some horrible killings of young political Sikh leaders like Deep Singh Sidhu in Haryana, Moosewal in Punjab, Avtar Singh Khanda in UK, Paramjit Singh Panjwar in Islamic Pakistan, Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada and Ripudaman Singh Malik in Canada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the Hindu Indian state is above board and suspicion and has not committed these crimes here and abroad then where was the need to ask for the deportation of Sikh\u2019s from UK to the Hindu Indian state or ask UK and Canada to give protection to its diplomats. There cannot be a spark or a smoke without a fire. The Sikh\u2019s have argued time and again that the Air India Kaniska tragedy was the handiwork of the Rajiv Gandhi\u2019s Union Government as it wanted to prove that the Sikhs were into acts of terrorism. Prime Minister Narendra Modi speaking on a No Confidence motion against his Government said in parliament on 10-8-2023, where I was present, that former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was responsible for the Air bombardment of the innocent Mizos in 1966 and also the armed forces attack on the Sikh holy shrine the Akal Takhat Sahib at Amritsar in 1984.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This proves that the Hindu Indian state does engage itself in such crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide. The Punjab and Haryana High Court has ruled on 07-08-2023 that the Haryana state committed crimes of ethnic cleansing of the minority Muslim population.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, we speak from facts and our Party state that the minority Sikhs future is not safe in the coming future and we want the United Nations to make an independent investigation into the killings of innocent Sikh\u2019s mentioned above.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
