At heart he suffers from Sikh phobia and when he comes out of such attacks he writes well and with a lucid mind.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>Actually when he joined the Central Services the UPSC had selected him for the Indian Postal Service but due to a clerical mistake he was sent to the Indian Police Service.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>Since both these services when abbreviated stand for IPS, therefore, Mr. Ribeiro has a muddled mind and since he was selected for the Indian Postal Service he has relapses when he starts thinking like a postal officer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>Now let us see in what mind he will write his next article, as an Indian Postal Service Officer or an Indian Police Service Officer?
