Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that it is a very repugnant and an orthodox decision of the Punjab & Haryana High Court to refuse a females request to have her father identified by a DNA test.

How would the judges feel if any of them had doubts about their sire and were refused a DNA test for the sire, if one of the judges felt was his father?

This decision needs a re-think by wise judges whose wisdom without doubt is greater than the present decision they have delivered.

It is said common sense is rare.
