The boundaries of THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State), perhaps will remain safe with the buildings of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya and Somenath Temple in Gujarat. – Simranjit Singh Mānn

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the BJP- RSS regime led by Premier Nerandra Modi has split the country into two distinct groups on religious and sectarian lines that whereas the borders of this country, their integrity has been violated.
Since General Bipin Rawat has been promoted as the Chief of Defence Staff, his elevation has created a diarchy in the fighting forces. Our Party has not seen what good has become of these three services by his sinecure. If in the East these forces have not served their purpose, then in the West, Chinese Communist PLA has made deep penetrations in Ladakh.
On the other hand, whereas the Hindu Indian state should have had good relations with Nepal, those too are now at a loose end by Nepal doing its cartography and claiming territories – Kalapani, Lipulekh and Limpeydhura, and Chief of Army Staffs General MM Naravane threatening military action. Our Party does not understand how this threat will mellow down Nepal, with Islamic Pakistan and Communist China also demanding territories in Hindu India.
The internal situation of Hindu India does not appear to be satisfactory. In the states of Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Goa, Sikkim, Jharkhand and Bihar the paramilitary forces have let loose terror amongst the Adivasis or Tribal’s.
In Kashmir, after the abrogation of articles 370 and 35 A of the Constitution, and the barbaric law AFSPA (Armed forces special powers) whereby the security forces can kill, maim, torture, molest, rape, kidnap, abduct and detain a Kashmiri indefinitely, all with impunity. This law violates article 21 of the Constitution, which states -“No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law”. Life and liberty are God given and if the worst comes to the worst only highly learned judges of the courts can deprive these basic and fundamental rights. But in Kashmir and other states of the Union where AFSPA (Armed forces special powers) has been promulgated a soldier or a constable can take away the life of a citizen at his whim and fancy, with no questions asked. This is a clear violation of an individual’s fundamental Human Rights. The Supreme Court and the National Human Rights Commission are totally discerned in fulfilling their Constitutional duties.
Our Party is concerned that the armed forces, their soldiery are recruited from the rural areas. These rural areas, their farmers and farm labourers have been agitating for the last 6 months, sitting on the borders of Delhi, without the urbanized, shop keepers and corporate representatives in the BJP- RSS heeding the advice of our Party that this elongated dissatisfaction of the rural country is effecting the morale of the soldiers, keeping watch of the borders where the winter temperatures are plummeting to minus zero degrees centigrade. No BJP- RSS leader has visited these Himalayan heights. On the other hand, they are busy with the Ram Temple at Ayodhya and Somenath Temple in Gujarat. Perhaps the good wishes of these Temples will keep the intruders out of the Hindu states boundaries.
