Shriomani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) will be observing 15th of August,2020, as Independence Day. Premier Nerandra Modi will be unfurling the tri-colour at the Red Fort in Delhi on 15th August,2020 and will be making his speech telling 133 Crore citizens of the achievements his Ministry has made since he was elected as the Prime Minister for the second time in 2019.
Our party is of the opinion that 15th August,2020, will be a Black Day for the country as Premier Modi and his party BJP - RSS have lost large swathes of territory in Ladakh since April this year to Communist China.
Previously, Jawaharlal Nehru and his Congress party surrendered 39,000 Sq. Kms. of territory in Ladakh to Communist China in 1962.
In 1962, after the debacle of Ladakh, the Parliament passed a resolution that the Hindu Indian state will not rest till the last inch of its territory is not recovered. In fact this resolution pictured the shame the country had suffered.
The history of Ladakh is that it was annexed by the Lahore Darbar (Sikh Empire 1799 – 1849) in 1834 and made an integral part of the Sikh Empire. The Sikh Empire was overrun by the British in 1849. The Treaty of the Lahore Darbar (Sikh Empire 1799 – 1849) with the British that ensued laid down that the sovereignty of the Lahore Darbar would be restored after the minor Maharaja Dalip Singh came of age. The British did not keep their word and kidnapped the young Maharaja Dalip Singh and kept him captive in England.
This chapter in Sikh history binds the Sikh Nation to the territories of the Sikh Empire. In 1819, the Lahore Darbar annexed Kashmir and made it an integral part of the Sikh Empire. Prior to 1819 Kashmir was a province of Afghanistan. Today this very Kashmir has become ungovernable by the Union Government of Premier Nerandra Modi. Untold atrocities are being inflicted by the security forces on the Kashmiri populace with impunity. Our party does not support unconstitutional and illegal cruelty on the civil population.
Shriomani Akali Dal (Amritsar) feels that the present Hindu Indian state and its Union Government led by Premier Nerandra Modi and previously led by Jawaharlal Nehru have failed to keep Kashmir and Ladakh in one piece, as in 1947 when the British gave away their Indian colony to the majority Hindu’s led by Gandhi, Nehru and Patel, they handed Kashmir and Ladakh to them in one piece.
The reason why the Hindu’s have not been able to keep these two territories annexed by the Lahore Darbar (Sikh Empire 1799 – 1849) together is that the Hindu has never had a sovereign state in their history save the legendry state of Ayodhya. Since they have never had a sovereign state they have no military or martial history.
Due to this shortcoming the Hindu Indian state has neglected its armed forces. Today all the three armed services are short of the latest weaponry. Besides this since 1947 the Hindu Indian state has no indigenous defence industry, though Israel, China that became sovereign states after the Hindu Indian state, have state of the art defence industries. Japan, UK, France, Russia, Germany, Italy and other European countries that rose from the ruins of World War II, today have first class defence industries.
Now coming back to the Ladakh issue our party clearly indicts the present Union Government of Premier Nerandra Modi for the immense loss of territory that the Hindu state has lost to Communist China since April this year. It is also responsible for the lives of 20 soldiers that laid down their lives as they were ordered by their superiors military and political to attack the Communist Chinese PLA without weapons, though it was known that the PLA was armed to the teeth. There has been no action against this un- military like order to date.
The public is not being informed by the BJP - RSS Union Government where the LAC lies on the ground. The press and media whose duty it is to inform the public truthfully and honestly, for reasons of patriotism and a false sense of nationalism is also keeping a strict silence on the loss of territory in Ladakh.
We have also wanted to know where the international boundary between the Hindu Indian state and Communist China lies. Whether it is the Line of Actual Control that is being shown on the maps printed by the Hindustan Times and The Tribune, or whether it is the McMahan Line of 1913-14, or the map of the Lahore Darbar (Sikh Empire 1799 – 1849) which must indicate the exact boundaries of Ladakh.
Before Premier Nerandra Modi unfurls the tri-colour on 15th August, 2020, at the Red Fort in Delhi, it is the duty of the BJP - RSS led Union Government to inform the public of the causes of this national shame in surrendering legitimately and historically held territory in Ladakh, not only once but twice and not being honest and ill – prepared militarily and diplomatically in not honouring and fulfilling the Parliamentary Resolution of 1962. We think this is a shameful and unforgivable act on the part of the BJP – RSS and its Union Government led by Premier Neradra Modi and his Cabinet. In Lebanon the entire national Government has resigned because of the unprecedented blasts that took place in Beirut a few days. The loss of territory and the unpreparedness of the Union Government to meet this known catastrophe is worse than the Beirut incident.
We hope all political parties will unite to ask this question of betrayal and loss of territory in Ladakh and the state of affairs in Kashmir of the Union Nerandra Modi led Government before Premier Modi mounts the podium at the Red Fort in Delhi on 15th August, 2020.
