The Tribune Group,
Please refer to your front page of your esteemed newspaper The Tribune dated 28th may 2020 entitled CS apologises, PB logjam ends. In this respect my party Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that your newspaper is violating an essential principle of the Sikh religion as consistently you are obliterating the Sikh suffix to the Sikh names that being Singh. Perhaps you think that like America THIS as become a melting pot, where why all immigrants to enter America become Americans. This factor does not apply to the Sikhs living in America whom the Americans address as Sikh American’s. We do hope that you will run a free and fair press as per Article 19 of the constitution.
Otherwise if I writer a rebuttal to your Articles or editorial you do not print my ripost. I will be grateful, if you could take the minorities along but if they begin, my force, to go along with the minority they seize to be minorities.
Simranjit Singh Mann,
Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar)
