Dear Mr. Khare,

Fateh,

Since it has been stated that you are a liberal and against radicalism and terrorism, we tend to believe you but we do not understand how you allow right wing fanatics like Baba Ramdev and Mr. Amitabh Bachan’s pictures to appear in your liberal newspaper of which you are the boss. Baba Ramdev is on record in stating that he will decapitate over a lakh human beings who do not chant the Hindu right wing slogan Bharat Mata Di Jai. As a Sikh no one can force us to chant such a slogan that goes against our religious grain. The Muslim’s are also very clear on this issue and think alike us Sikh’s.

As regards Mr. Amitabh Bachan he is a person who was very close to the Nehru-Gandhi family and when the late Premier Rajiv Gandhi issued a farman to massacre the entire populace of the Sikh’s not sparing the children, the handicapped, women and the elderly, Mr. Bachan was at the helm along with other Hindu leaders. In fact the Hindu marauders put rubber tyres around the necks of Sikh boys and set them aflame. The entire police force was paralysed and the armed forces remained in their respective cantonments watching and hearing the grim tales how the Sikh’s were being butchered. Mr. Amitabh Bachan along with other Hindu leaders was the cheer leader of this heinous crime of genocide being carried out.

If you think the crime of genocide is evil then I would request that you stop portraying such villains in your advertisements  on the news print that you purchase at a subsidised rate for which even the Sikh tax payers have to shell out their hard earned money to see these genocidaires. Seeing these scalawags is pretty gruesome and macabre for us Sikh’s. We place below the advertisement picturing Baba Ramdev:

With regards,

Your’s Sincerely,

Simranjit Singh Mann,

President,

Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar)
