Kashmiri Youth set free on bail cannot be apprehended in another criminal case. Lt. Governor of J&K must protect him lest he is eliminated in an extra judicial murder by the police, NIA and the armed forces. Simranjit Singh Mann.

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that since Waheed Para has got bail in a severe case in which he was charged by the National Investigating Agency (NIA), there is no reason to arrest him again in another criminal case. The intention of the Jammu & Kashmir Government and the Union in Delhi is suspect and it is possible that he may be eliminated in a staged extra judicial killing by the police and NIA.
Late Premier Rajiv Gandhi and his Congress party Government put me in jail for 5 years and I spent these five years in solitary confinement. I met with a similar experience as when I was acquitted in one case, immediately thereafter another criminal case was registered against me. This is the modus operandi of the Hindu Indian state to keep minorities confined in jails for an endless period.
Our party appeals to Lt. Governor of J&K Manoj Sinha to personally ensure that Waheed Para will not be eliminated in a fake extra judicial killing by the police, or para military or the armed service. Lt. Governor must also ensure that fake criminal cases are not registered against Waheed Para and he should be allowed to exercise his fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution. Minorities must have a feeling that they are safe and protected in the Hindu Indian state led by Premier Narinder Modi and his organisation BJP-RSS, which are basically against Muslims, Sikhs, Schedule Castes and Adivasis or Tribal’s.
Facta non Verba.
