India, China try to put Doklam behind them
Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that it is the opinion of our party that in Foreign Affairs and relations with China only the Foreign Office of THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) should deal in these affairs. However, we are noting that the National (whatever this means) Security Advisor Mr. Ajit Doval is interfering in Foreign Affairs. The Security Advisor is not responsible to any parliamentary committee or accountable to any statutory body. We do not understand why Mrs. Sushma Sawraj the Foreign Minister is not guarding her ministerial function, domain and duty and why the Foreign Office has allowed itself to be subservient to a Security Adviser.
If the Hindu state has tempered down the Chinese for the time being could we be informed what the
Hindu state intends to do about the 39,000 sq. kms of Ladakh territory it meekly surrendered to the Chinese in 1962. It was in 1834 that the Lahore Darbar (Sikh Empire in 1709 to 1849) annexed this territory and we have every right to seek an explanation from the jingoistic Hindu state which is shamelessly quiet and holding its breath on this embarrassing issue.
