If Hindu India is to participate at the OIC meet at Abu Dhabi then a Sikh delegation must also be invited- Simranjit Singh Mann

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann:
Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that OIC must know that in 1947 British India was divided into two communal states, one for the Muslims, that being Islamic Pakistan and the other for the Hindus which is now THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State). The Sikhs who were the third nationality and deserved a separate state were left high and dry.
We must recollect that the British colonies were not based or drawn up according to national boundaries and that is true of the tribal’s. Cutting across national and tribal boundaries the British higgledy piggledy packed all these into one British colonial state. As a result great confusion persists in the Indian sub-continent and this has led to bitterness and wars of libration.
Since the Hindus were handed down a large chunk of the Indian sub-continent as a state of their own, they are not ready to concede the diversity that prevails in this region. The Hindu state wants to stamp out all dissent with its military power, without dealing with the thinking of the divergent views in accordance with democratic practices like the rule of law and the principles of the natural justice. It does not recognize the right to self determination as guaranteed by the United Nations.
As such all dissent is considered as an act of terror, treason and sedition which the Hindu state wants to deal with inflicting counter terrorism on the people of various moulds it presently rules over with its heavy Jackboots.
This is what needs to be understood at the OIC conference in which the Hindu states right wing Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj would be attending.
The OIC would be well aware that the Hindu state is on the offensive about the recent Pulwama tragedy of 14th February 2019, which the UNSC condemned and named JeM as a terrorist organization. Our party agrees with the UNSC resolution against JeM. However, our party is perplexed that if the Hindu state has endeared itself to this UNSC resolution then why does it oppose tooth and nail the other UNSC resolution for holding a plebiscite in Kashmir? Holding a plebiscite is the only device in the democratic chest that can solve the Kashmir imbroglio in a peaceful and democratic manner. If we and THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) swear by democracy and the latter boasts that it is the largest voting democracy in the world then it should accept the democratic tool of a plebiscite to settle, once and for all the vexed Kashmir issue.
Our party wishes to state that the Sikhs have been devastated since 1947 as the Hindu state does not recognize the Sikhs as an independent and self contained separate religion. It’s constitution in article 25 states that Sikhs are a part of the Hindu religion.
Since 1947 when the British forced the Sikhs to be a part of the Hindu Indian state, the Sikhs have had a disturbing and turbulent existence with the Hindu state. In 1984 the Hindu state led by Premier Indira Gandhi and aided by the right wing Hindu BJP-RSS marched its troops along with the armies of Britain and Soviet Union into the holiest Sikh shrine the Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple at Amritsar), murdering 26,000 Sikh pilgrims that had come to worship that day. It also assassinated the young upcoming Sikh leadership under Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala. Its armed forces looted and plundered the Sikh Reference Library and the Toshakhana (Treasury) of the Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple at Amritsar).
This very year in 1984 Premier Rajiv Gandhi of the Congress party along with the ultra right wing BJP-RSS committed the heinous crime of genocide of the stateless Sikh peoples all over Hindu India. All these barbaric acts against the Sikhs have been committed with impunity.
In 1992 the Union Indian government allowed the communal Hindu BJP-RSS to pull down the Islamic historic Babri Masjid. The Hindu state is in the process of building a Hindu Temple over the site where the Babri Masjid stood. It is ironic that the Hindu state states it is a secular state.
In 2000 the Hindu state’s army massacred 43 innocent and peaceful living Sikhs in village Chittisingpura of Kashmir. The Hindu state blamed Muslim militants for this carnage and later it was proved that it was the army itself that had spilt the blood of the minutest minority in Kashmir and THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) is responsible of this horrible misdeed that occurred during the period when BJP-RSS Premier AB Vajpayee headed the Union government in Delhi.
In 2002 Mr. Narinder Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat when he had over 2000 innocent Muslims massacred by his BJP-RSS scallywags, all murdered in cold blood. Muslim women were raped publicly by these Hindu goons and video graphed for posterity.
In 2013 Mr. Modi once again as Chief Minister of Gujarat ordered the ethnic cleaning of 60,000 Sikh farmers who possessed their land holdings legally.
During these last year’s Christian nuns have been raped and Padres murdered by fanatic Hindu carders of the BJP-RSS. Christian Churches have been demolished by the same wretches.
We all know what is happening in Kashmir today as daily six to seven Kashmiri Muslims are shot dead by the army. In Jammu & Kashmir in violation of article 21 of its constitution the Hindu Indian state has passed a law- AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act). This undemocratic and unconstitutional law gives the armed forces operating in this state to kill, maim, torture, detain, abduct, rape, kidnap, murder, any person with impunity. The Supreme Court which is the guardian of the constitution has not to date struck down this barbaric law and declared it unconstitutional.
How long will the minorities suffer is a question that Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj should be asked for an answer. She is a great orator and would be pleased to inform her hosts about the Human Rights abuses of the minorities in her country.
The Sikhs are a sui generis sovereign people and we believe if the Hindus have the right to attend the function of the OIC, a Sikh delegation should also have the right to be invited to this meet. It is only then that this meet can be summed up fairly at Abu Dhabi (UAE).
