Dams in Afghanistan and on the Rivers of the Punjab can be used by THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) for launching a hydrological war on the Indus – Basin. Dams in Lahaul – Spiti can also be used as a weapon. – Simranjit Singh Mānn

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that our Party opposes the building of dams on a higher plane of the Indus- Basin.
Dams have been built on rivers Sutlaj, Beas Ravi and Chanab by THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State). Now the Hindu Indian state has built a dam in Afghanistan which is known as Salma Dam and now Afghanistan has as noted in this post allowed the Hindu state to build the Shatoot Dam.
Now the proposal for building dams in Lahaul – Spiti will also be detrimental to the Punjab and the Indus- Basin, as these could also be used as a weapon of war.
The Sikh’s fear that these dams built on the higher plane of the Indus – Basin can be used by the Hindu Indian state to launch a hydrological war on peoples inhabiting the Indus – Basin.
Our Party has, a number of times requested the United Nations to take control of the Head Works on these dams, so that the Hindu state which already has a deadly nuclear arsenal does not possess another deadly weapon to launch a hydrological war.
We have requested the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna to check whether Communist China and Hindu India have a Uranium enrichment plant on the River Sutlaj. We are aware that the Hindu state has a Heavy Water Plant at Nangal in the Punjab.
Our Party’s concern is that the water’s of River Sutlaj are used for wide scale irrigation in the Malwa region of the Punjab. Such polluted water with a handsome mixture of uranium is causing cancer in this region and only the International Atomic Energy Agency can gauge this river Sutlaj which flows out of Tibet in China and comes down to the planes of the Punjab.
Facta non Verba.
