Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the Abdullah family and the Sikh leadership has been running with the hare and hunting with the hounds all through the 20th and 21st centuries. Mr. Farooq Abdullah’s father the late Sheikh Abdullah was the undisputed leader 1947 who could have decided the fate of the Kashmiri people and Kashmir but he put his faith in the Hindu Nehru leadership and decided to remain with This (Theocratic Hindu Indian State). At the same time Jawaharlal Nehru went to the UN Security Council and sought a plebiscite for Kashmir, which he got but intended never to have it implemented, which has not been implemented to this day and this is the root of the imbroglio of the Kashmir problem. Nehru gave Jammu & Kashmir a special status in the 1950 constitution of the Hindu state which goes by the nomenclature of article 370. This article was watered down by Nehru in 1953 and the Abdullah’s never challenged the original status of article 370 which gave Jammu & Kashmir substantial autonomy. Sheikh Abdullah eventually to gain power gave in to the Hindu state under Nehru and then his daughter Indira Gandhi. Sheikh Abdullah was restored to power as Chief Minister but he could never restore the original character of article 370. After him his son Mr. Farooq Abdullah has remained Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir several times and also an Union Minister in the Central Cabinet of various Hindu Premier’s. In 1999 Mr. Abdullah’s son Mr. Omar Abdullah served as a Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Vajpayee BJP-RSS Union Ministry. The BJP-RSS used Mr. Omar Abdullah the grandson of Sheikh Abdullah to go around the world showing Jammu & Kashmir to be an integral part of This (Theocratic Hindu Indian State). When in power the Abdullah’s and the Sikh leaders have always been and acted as the Quislings of the Hindu Indian state.

Now since the Hindu communal Hindu state has got deeply entrenched in Jammu & Kashmir, Mr. Farooq Abdullah says that he will boycott any further elections in the state. However, this will not have any effect because the Abdullah family since 1947 has been crying wolf to gain political power and hence enrich its family coffers. The family in order to gain political power has sacrificed the interests of the Kashmiri people and Kashmir. It does not matter whether the Union Government’s in Delhi assume draconian powers like the undemocratic law like AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) which violates article 21 of the Hindu constitution and gives powers to the armed forces to kill, maim, torture, kidnap, rape, detain, abduct any person with impunity. The Abdullah family and Mufti Mohammad Sayeed– Mehbooba Mufti do not care two hoots for the ruthless powers the Hindu Indian state has acquired to virtually, like the Nazi regime of Germany stamp out the democratic voice of the Kashmiri peoples. All they, these two families want is to get political power. Now Mr. Farooq Abdullah says that if article 35A of the constitution and article 370 are to be eroded or scrapped by the Hindu Indian state then the accession of Jammu & Kashmir to THIS in 1947 should also be scrapped. These are good and brave words to threaten the Hindu Indian state but since the Abdullah’s and the Sikh leadership has been crying wolf over a long period time, our party does not think that the BJP-RSS ruled Hindu state of Premier Narinder Modi would take these time and again threats seriously any longer.

We will close this statement with the Latin phrase-Facta Non Verba. In the Punjabi phrase we will say- ijhVy grjdy ny Auh vrdy nhIN.

Our advice to the Abdullah’s and the Sikh leaders would be that if they mean business they should join the Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar).  It will be good for them and for Jammu & Kashmir and the Sikh’s too.
