Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that it is unfortunate that no Sikh advisor has been appointed to readdress the grievances of the Sikh’s who have been brutally governed all these years.
In 2000, on the eve of former President Clinton’s visit to the Indian sub-continent, the army killed in cold blood, peaceful Sikh’s living in village Chittisingpura of Kashmir. Our party has been running from pillar to post to ensure that justice is done to this microscopic minority living in Kashmir. Several pleas to Governor Vohra have fallen on deaf ears. But the Sikh’s will never hang their boots till justice is done.
