Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar states that if the Hindu states Union Home Ministry is very particular about alleged offenders being made to face the law, then it is natural if the Hindu state practices the rule of law and principles of natural justice, then it should by reason bring the Hindu criminals who committed the genocide of the Sikhs to the courts of justice so that they face the punishment that was doled out to the Nazi criminals who faced the Nuremburg Trials after World War II.
In the Pacific theatre of war after 1945 the Japanese Prime Minister Tojo and his band of criminals were hanged to death by the Tribunals.
The Sikh’s will never be satisfied till the Hindu genocidairies are brought before the law.
