Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that unless THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) solves the Sikh issues, as just one Sikh Bhai Gurbakash Singh has jumped to his death yesterday seeking the release of Sikh prisoners detained for the last 40 years and other issues of the Sikh’s, the Hindu state will not be able to sought out its boundary dispute with Communist China, as all the disputed territories on the North-Western border are territories annexed by the Lahore Darbar (Sikh Empire in 1799 to 1849) in 1834. China should also make the Sikh’s a part of the dispute as it has always maintained that it does not accept historic boundaries when China did not exercise its total sovereignty over its legitimate territory. The Sikh’s have always been a sui-generis sovereign people.
