Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that we are of the opinion that Lt. General AK Bhatt as per the constitutional norms should have called on the popularly elected democratic Chief Minister and briefed her on the situation in Kashmir rather than calling on Governor NN Vohra who is a constitutional head of the state and acts on the advice of the Chief Minister and her Cabinets. It is obvious that THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) Union government in Delhi is acting directly with the Governor instead of the democratically elected Chief Minister. Therefore, the Chief Minister is a mere figure hear and much like the Quisling government of Norway and the Vichy regime of France installed by Hitler’s Nazi regime in Germany in World War II.
