Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that THIS Theocratic Hindu Indian state is clinging to a straw like a drowning man. In fact their has been no foreign investment of any significance. The Union Government under Premier Modi is trying his best to rope in any foreign firm like Moody’s to rescue his sinking boat. But there are honest firms like Standard and Poor’s that have spilled the doom of the economy. In some quaters their is starvation and deaths due to hunger.
The Punjab state is in a death role unless its borders are opened for trade and commerce with Pakistan and beyond. Punjab must join the China-Pakistan corridor ending at gwador if it has to survive economically. Nothing else can save the Sikh’s and their economy.
