Comments by Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) state that Mr. Dinkar Gupta worked in the Government of India’s Union Home Ministry, which has a separate Internal Security – I Division which deals with matters pertaining to administrative and financial matters of IB, and NATGRID, Official Secret Act, Sikh Militancy, its origin, its doctrine and its tentacles around the globe, especially in Sikh Gurudwara’s and Sikh factions and the working and functioning of the Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandak Committee. It was this background and his knowledge of Sikhs that he gave a public statement that the Sikhs going on pilgrimage to Sri Kartarpur Sahib in Pakistan are trained within five hours in manufacturing bombs. It is his deep so called knowledge of Sikhism that he has been elevated to this high rank in the Hindu Union Government in Delhi. The focus of the Hindu Union Government currently and in the past has been solely on the Sikhs.
Therefore, the Head of the Hindu states external intelligence agency R&AW is another right wing Hindu officer of the Punjab IPS cadre Mr. Samant Goel. Mr. Dinkar Gupta being chosen to a high rank in the Union Government means that the Hindu Indian states focus under Premier Nerandra Modi and his Union Home Minister Amit Shah will remain solely on the Sikh’s and their democratic right to have a democratically elected SGPC (Sikh Parliament ) will remain in abeyance. The Sikhs should be prepared for harsh measures like the Kashmiries presently in Kashmir who are ruled under the draconian law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act ), and their autonomy under article 370 and 35A was abrogated on 5TH August 2019 . But the Sikhs with the Badalites, Congress, BJP – RSS, Aam Admi Party, CPI and CPM will thrive. And shall we say survive too. Good Luck to them. Sikhs must congregate on 6TH June 2020 to observe Ghallughara Divas or Genocide day and now Khalistan Day. The English Sikh Historian Cunningham writes – The Sikhs dare and endure but never accept defeat. And so shall it be.
