India hits back at down grade by US panel

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) has been degraded to the bottom of the level regarding the upkeep and preservation of Human Rights. Our party has been stating times out of number that the Hindu Indian state has become a ruthless fanatic Hindu state, which does not spare the minorities, Schedule Castes, Tribal’s or Aborigines.
In a sense it is in a war like situation with non-Hindus. Its armed forces are aggressively fighting the Muslims in Kashmir. Its para-military forces and Air Force Helicopters are deployed against its Tribal’s in Central India in the states of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Orissa, Jharkhand and Maharashtra.
The armed forces have let loose a reign of terror amongst these non-Hindus.
As far as the Sikhs are concerned they have faced the crime of genocide and memoricide and are fleeing the borders of the Hindu state and seeking asylum in Western democratic countries.
The Hindu state has detained 19.60 lack Muslims in the state of Assam and as the count of non-Hindus continues the minorities, like the Jews in Nazi Germany will also be shut in such camps.
In the Union Cabinet of Premier Narinder Modi the Sikhs, an important part of the population, the Sikhs have no important cabinet portfolio and this applies to the Muslims, the Schedule Castes and the Tribal’s.
Therefore, the American US Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) has eventually given justice to the minorities, Schedule Castes and Tribal’s living under the Jackboots of Hindu India and its brutal security forces.
This report of the USCIRF is a sufficient indictment for a case of crimes against humanity and War crimes to be put before the International Criminal Court at the Hague.
We hope the UNSC will also take note of the brutal internal Human Rights situation in THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) as this is bound to effect world peace. Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) stands for peace and tranquility in South Asia.
