The President should stop unconstitutional killings of Kashmiri’s by security forces. – Simranjit Singh Mānn

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that People in Kashmir, their biggest demand is that they want to live and not be killed by the security forces under the law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act.) which gives unconstitutional powers to the forces to kill, maim, torture, rape, kidnap, abduct, and detain a Kashmiri indefinitely, all with impunity.
We hope the President will look into the demand of these oppressed citizens not to be killed illegally and unconstitutionally as article 21 of the Constitution states that no person can be deprived his life and liberty without the procedure laid down by law.
