Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states How do these Generals acquire so many meddles when they have never been to war with an external force?
If medals are granted then they are only for fighting against their own people and citizens. Our Party does not consider fighting and killing our own people is any valour or bravery.
Communist China has occupied some 900 Sq. Kms. of territory in Ladakh since 2020 but no effort has been made by the radicalised BJP – RSS Union Government of Premier Modi and his General’s to have that occupied territory vacated. If ever an attempt is made towards this end then our Party would consider the soldiers and officers who showed exemplary bravery and received medals, those would be counted as medals earned in battle. Otherwise wearing medals shows a lack of pride, as they are given for rendering a service that ill becomes a soldier or officer.
