All not well at the Union Home Ministry meet to discuss security. Simranjit Singh Mann.

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the Home Ministry has the Intelligence Bureau, State CID’s and its Para Military Forces spread out at the borders and some in Afghanistan or other countries where the Hindu Indian Embassies may face danger. The question is why they did not report on the quitting of US forces from Afghanistan so as to save the Hindus and Sikhs from humiliation and even danger to their lives.
The Para Military Forces are also posted on the Ladakh border facing the Communist Chinese PLA. Then the deep penetration Special Frontier Force which has Tibetan members and the ITBP, all have their Intelligence wings. The question is why they did not along with Military Intelligence and diplomats in Beijing report that Communist China’s PLA is about to attack the armed forces in Ladakh. This question ought be sorted out.
In Jammu & Kashmir the Union Home Ministry rules the roost. There are humungous Human Rights violations by the police, Para Military Forces and the Military. The law AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) gives them the power to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.
This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution. This matter should have been discussed and thrashed out at this high level meet.
We also want to say that foreign mercenaries have been pouring into Jammu & Kashmir, before the passes in the high Himalaya’s began to close due to heavy snowfall.
What about the drug trade in Narcotics and arms coming into the Punjab in great quantities? Why was the BSF withdrawn from the Punjab-Pak border and put on duty internally in the Punjab. This is the cause of the great influx of such contrabands entering through the Punjab border. The other question is by placing the BSF on internal duty in the Punjab, it is obvious that the Hindu Indian state and the Union Home Ministry has lost faith in the Sikhs. This is a slur and a shame when Sikhs cannot live in the Hindu state without suspicion. This hurt is going to damage the Hindu Indian state.
Further the legislative assembly of the Punjab passed a unanimous and democratic motion that Punjab does not require the services of the BSF. This means that not heeding a democratic motion the Union Home Ministry and the Hindu state does not trust the Sikhs. It is shameful. It is also undemocratic.
Now we want to know who are the consumers of the drugs and arms flowing into the Punjab from across the border. We can understand that the drugs have a market but what about the arms, which have never been used for over ten years. Who is stocking these arms and for what purpose, our party wants to know.
Some officers who have reached their retirement date have been given extensions in service, whereas they did not report the invasion of Communist China into Ladakh, they did not report the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan and the intent of Russia to invade Ukraine, so that some ten thousands medical students of this country could have been brought back to Hindu India.
These are all dangerous omens for the security and well being of the citizenry of the Hindu Indian state. Our party wants the state to pull up all lackadaisical officials who have spent their tenures playing docks and drakes.
We are also cautioning the Union Home Ministry that it will bode ill for the Hindu Indian state if the Sikh Regiments and Sikh Light Infantry battalions are disbanded. Further more a tenure of just four years in the military will make the already weak military weaker as un-experienced, raw recruits cannot fight the Pathans, Balauch and Punjabi Musalman and the Communist Chinese well trained and professional Han soldiers.
This is our view of the Union Home Ministry’s meeting, who’s Intelligence and combatant professionalism is like a sieve. The armed forces are no better as their 67% of weaponry is obsolete and there are no stealth fighter jets and the S-400 missiles manufactured by Russia will not shoot down Russian made Su-30, Su-35 and Su-57.
We think the lazy lugs are now out living their utility and are half past six.
