Mahatma Gandhi was not a man of peace. He only wanted a majoritarian Hindu state. – Simranjit Singh Mann.

Shriomani Akali Dal (Amritsar) States that it is generally believed that the late Mahatma Gandhi was a man of peace and his statues have been put up in many countries.
This may be a conception of Mahatma Gandhi but the fact is because of his inner bigotry for Hindutva he could not achieve the peace that was desired under British rule of India.
Had he been a man of peace the Sikh Homeland, the Punjab would not have been split into two.
Gandhi, Nehru and Patel favoured the split of British India into two parts, one which was Pakistan for the Muslims and India for the Hindu’s.
The Sikh’s who were the third nationality which could have gained a separate independent and sovereign state were left high and dry.
Gandhi, Nehru and Patel the Hindu leaders and Jinhah a Muslim decided to split the British Indian Empire into two portions. Therefore Punjab with this formula of two nations and splitting (partitioning) the Punjab, the Sikh Homeland.
The Sikh’s suffered an immense economic loss and they were massacred by the million.
Mahatma Gandhi could have prevented this partition and the future of the Sikh people’s massacres and distruction.
As a peaceful man if he had agreed not to divide the British Indian Empire into two and taken the Muslims and Sikh’s along, with the larger political humane vision. But Mahatma Gandhi just saw the political ascendance of the Hindu.
The other day we heard that a statue of Mahatma Gandhi was vandalised in America. The authorities there suspected the Sikh’s at first glance for this misdeed, but does the world know that it was the the BJP-RSS functionaries, who killed Mahatma Gandhi and it was this RSS man, named Nathu Ram Godse who shot Mahatma Gandhi dead.
Last month, in September my elder sister Sardarni Inderjit Kaur passed away. She was a rare person who had witnessed the trail of Godse in Simla. She told me that Godse when mounting the dock he told the presiding Judge that he himself had killed Mahatma Gandhi. Admitting to this he brought to the notice of the Court that the others who were suspects for connivence and conspiracy must not be interrogated as the Police will fail in finding any evidence during interrogation.
Later, Godse was hanged in the Ambala Jail. About the Sikh’s being suspected for vandalising the statue of Gandhi in America, this could only be a red herring as the BJP and RSS right wing fanatics could also be responsible for this misdeed.
