Does the Hindu Indian state support democratic instruments like elections, referendums and plebiscite? Simranjit Singh Mānn

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that our Party wishes to know whether the Hindu Indian state under Premier Nerandra Modi respects such a referendum and what are the Hindu state’s views on democracy and its other instruments like elections and plebiscite ?
We would also wish to know the Hindu Indian state’s views on the mass graves found by the liberating Ukraine forces in the erstwhile Russian occupied areas of Ukraine ? Apart from this what are the views of the Hindu state on the occupation of Ukraine territory of Crimea by Russia in 2014.
Isn’t there a similarity between the occupation of Ladakh territory in 2020 and the occupation of Ukraine territories by Russia since 2014?
These questions need clarification by the Union Government of Premier.
