Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that no progress is being made to solve the murder of S. Moosewala and the Punjab Government it self has to clarify the fact that it received advance information from the Delhi Police and the Intelligence Bureau that Bhai Moosewala was going to get killed. Instead of tightening his security the Chief Minister withdrew Bhai Moosewala security and the following day he was brutally murdered. This case will have to be handled by the CBI or NIA.
