Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian state) should not kill its own citizen children. Supreme Court must ensure article 21 of the Constitution is implemented and the draconian law AFSPA ( Armed Forces Special Powers Act.), which gives the right to Kill, maim, torture, rape, kidnap, abduct, and detain a Kashmiri indefinitely, all with impunity is declared ultra vires of the Constitution. The Supreme Court must declare its neutrality and become the real guardian of the Constitution in word and deed.
