Hindu India should not crouch and genuflect before Communist China. It should inject in itself the spirit and courage of Sikhism. – Simranjit Singh Mānn

The Tribune Dated 21st March 2022

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the ruling Hindu Indian’s have a typical bicycle personality. They genuflect before the mighty and kick the meek. Now they are crouching to get engaged with   Communist China which has occupied 900 Sq. Kms. of Ladakh in 2020 and previously 39,000 Sq. Kms. of Ladakh was surrendered to the PLA in 1962.

The author Suhdeendra Kulkarni  has the audacity to state that if Nerandra Modi did not attend the BRICS, it would be a washout.

We want to know why Narendra Modi met Xi Jinping 18 times before the muck up on the LAC.  Didn’t Modi know that in 1962 the Hindu Indian state had surrendered 39,000 Sq. Kms. of Ladakh territory to Communist China? Meeting Xi 18 times is shameful and disgraceful and a letdown to Hindu pride.

As far as the Taliban is concerned Communist China does not care two hoots for it though it is a bugbear for the Hindu Indian state. Therefore there is no convergence of thought on the Taliban.

The author further states that both countries face spread of terrorism, religious extremism and forces of separation from the Taliban. As far as religious extremism is concerned will the author tell us why the Hijab has been banned in the Hindu Indian State? Why Operation Bluestar of 1984 took place against the stateless Sikh’s and why the crimes of genocide, memoricide, vandalism and ethnocide took place against them with impunity.

Why Jammu and Kashmir is being governed by the draconian law Armed Forces Special Powers Act) which defies article 21 of the Constitution and why the Supreme Court is not annulling this law? Why have laws against the Muslim citizens like – CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act), NPR (National Population Register) and NRC (National Register of Citizens) and the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A been passed when they all contravene the constitution ?

Why does the author want Hindu India and Communist China to end the war in Ukriane when it should not have taken place at all? And why should not Communist China quit Ladakh’s 900 Sq. Kms. territory it annexed in 2020 and 39,000 Sq, kms. of Ladakh territory surrendered to it in 1962. Doesn’t charity begin at home? This is great patriotism of the author who is not bothered about his own country but shows more concern for Ukriane?

The author speaks of a common civilization. Mentions Budhism, but is it not true that the Hindu extremist Adi Shankaracharya took violent action against Budhism and threw it out from the land of its birth. So what does Communist China and Hindu India have in common with Budhism. The former saved it and the latter destroyed it.   The author mentions the Indus and the Ganga and why not the Brahamputra which can be used as a hydrological weapon of war by Communist China that can wash away Eastern India.

In the end the Hindu must stand up and have pride and courage and not beg for mercy by crouching at the feet of Communist China. He must remember that the Lahore Darbar (Sikh Empire 1799-1849) annexed Kashmir in 1819 and Ladakh in 1834 and made them an integral part of the Sikh Empire. Prior to 1819 Kashmir was a province of Afghanistan. So the Taliban and Afghanistan should not be made images that cannot be confronted and overcome.
