Extra judicial killings in Kashmir, distasteful to the Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar). Simranjit Singh Mann, Member of Parliament.

Comments by Simranjit Singh Mann: Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) states that the armed forces should love their people and not kill them in fake encounters.

From the Supreme Court to the High Courts and the Sessions Courts, the judiciary must probe every extra judicial killing.

If the armed forces want to show their muscle, they must face Communist China’s PLA and free all Ladakh territory that the Hindu Indian state has given to Communist China since 1962 and 2020.

Then everyone will be proud of their valour and love for their country.

AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) gives special powers to the armed forces to kill, maim, kidnap, abduct, murder, rape, molest, torture, detain any person for an endless time, with impunity.

This law contravenes Article 21 of the Constitution which states that no person can be deprived of his life and liberty without following the procedure laid down by law. Yet the Supreme Court which is the guardian of the Constitution is not willing to strike this inhuman law and declare it ultra vires the Constitution.

In extra judicial killings the behaviour of the Supreme Court is like watching the Australian-Indian cricket match at Ahmadabad.

Being a spectator is not worthy of the Supreme Court judges as there is no legislature in Jammu & Kashmir, Human Rights are trampled upon and the rule of a Nazi like armed force acts without legal authority or the will of people, since the legislature has been in dissolution since August 2019.

A saffron clad Lt. Governor and the armed forces rule Jammu & Kashmir undemocratically and therefore in an uncivilized manner.

The rule in Jammu & Kashmir is akin to what is happening in Gaza today.
